After mentally processing the meaning of my husband's confessed affair, I couldn't help but feel rejected in love. I also realized that putting myself dead last in my life, I'd scorned myself.

Because I believe that husbands don't realize or fully appreciate what wives actually go through to be wives. I was fortunate enough to have a new awakening. Starting with some of the smallest of things, I decided to put my wants and desires first. Not hurting anyone or being selfish beyond belief, just realizing that I had/have enough worth to not be last. To participate in life and not just mark time.
